Gift Aid
Your donation can be worth an extra 25% to Midland Doctors if you fill in our Donation Gift Aid form. This is for UK tax payers only. Please ensure that you have paid enough tax in the current tax year to cover what we can claim back. For example: If you donate £20 per month by standing order, we can claim an extra £5 from HMRC. You must ensure that you have paid at least £60 in tax throughout the year.
Just Giving
