Rahim Amin is a Diagnostic Radiographer with over 15 years of experience working for the National Health Service. After graduating from the University of Derby, now based in Stoke-on-Trent, he has trained throughout the Midlands region, building an extensive network of professionals alongside gaining a vast amount of expertise in terms of technical knowledge, hospital management and clinical practice within a radiology setting.
Rahim has a specialist interest in the procurement, commission and management of radiology services and the training of healthcare staff in the Midlands Doctors® charity hospital. To the executive committee he brings motivation, enthusiasm and a dynamic approach. Rahim is proud to have been instrumental in procurement of equipment, building of the radiology department and the successful development of Midland Doctors Medical Institute’s dental department. Rahim also enjoys participating in fun activities outside of work including swimming and scuba diving!
Rahim is a great believer of: “to save one life is like the one who has saved the whole of mankind”. It is this ethos that will be instilled in every health professional trained at the Midlands Doctors Health Institute. Rahim has a vision to provide and deliver the highest possible quality care to the poor and needy of the region, in a dignified healthcare setting. He wants our supporters to feel proud to be a part of this charity and hopes you can accompany the team on this very challenging yet fulfilling journey.
How can I help Midland Doctors®?
We are always in need of donations to help run our charity hospital in Muzaffarabad whilst also participating in many other charitable projects across the world. Of course, not all contributions are monetary. Your time and effort to help fundraise, manage and drive our organisation forward will always be welcomed and appreciated!
