Urology Surgery resumed at MDMI

by | Oct 11, 2020 | Medical Aid

During the recent weeks, Midland Doctors Medical Institute has activated its regular operations including outpatient clinics and surgery. The specialists at the hospital provide surgical intervention to patients that travel long distances to avail the standardized treatments provided at MDMI. The Midland Doctors aims to provide Zakat based healthcare attention to the poor and deserving. The procedure, medication and post operative care all are covered free of cost for the needy. The efforts of the hospital has attracted patients from far off villages who otherwise have to travel to distant big cities to get medical attention and most of the population are not able to afford the commutation and hospital expenses.

The Midland Doctors Medical Institute has been providing these surgical and clinical services since 2013, and has serviced more than 400,000 patients since its inception. The pictures attached are of Mr. Urs Mohammed Aslam, 42 years old from a village called Balam around 60 km away from Tandali, Muzaffarabad. He has been suffering from a urological problem since the last six months and was happy to avail the free surgical treatment provided at MDMI. The most deserving are given Zakat based treatment and are relieved to have such a facility in their neighborhood.
